It is a director office  established with the aim of increasing graduate employment rate by implementing the key strategies which are;

·         Improve teacher performance and motivation

·         Improve student learning in the classroom,

·         Improve teacher pedagogical and language competencies

·          student language skills

·         Improve linkage with industry and support to students

·         Improve student skills through value adding internship experiences

·         Improve use of data in planning, which directly influence the quality of education.
